Encarni (1964), is the protagonist of this surreal retro-futuristic tale about a "perfect wife" and her obsession with beauty products and extravagance, a crystal palace, beautiful to behold but fragile and isolated.

A housewife bored of the monotonous lifestyle, she spends her days creating false tales of gossip, Imagined scenarios of an inner world that grows and materialises around her.
